Garnavillo, Ia. - Funeral services for Mrs. Katherine Obermoeller, 81, who died at the state hospital in Independence Wednesday, will be held from the home of her daughter, Mrs. J.C. Bierbaum, to St. Paul's Lutheran church here at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon. The Rev. Mr. Hackbarth will officiate, and burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Obermoeller, daughter of F. William and Anna Holabhugge Greiman, was born on a farm in Volga township, Clayton county, on April 10, 1864, and was the eighth of a family of nine children. She was married to August Obermoeller Feb. 26, 1886.

She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Bierbaum, Garnavillo, Mrs. Will Nieman, Clarksville, Ia., and Mrs. Ewald Hardt, St. Olaf, Ia.; 11 grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Eliza Harnack, now 90, of Remsen, Ia. She was preceded by her husband; four children and one grandchild.
