Anna Mae Lydia Maier, 73, died Thursday morning, March 5, 1998, in Central Community Hospital, Elkader, after a brief illness. Services 2 p.m. Saturday, Hope Lutheran Church, Littleport, by the Rev. Tom Martin. Burial: Union Cemetery, Littleport. Friends may call after 1 p.m. Saturday at the church. Leonard Funeral Home, Elkader, is in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include four sisters, Florence Ernst and Iona Schuety, both of Littleport, Grace Maier of Elkport and Pearl Waterman of Edgewood; three brothers, Alvin and Arthur, both of Elkport, and George of Garber.
