Elkader - Mrs. Margaret Schulte, 78, former Elkader resident, died Thursday, Aug. 21, at the Good Samaritan Home in Postville. Services will be held Saturday, 1:30 p.m. at the Peace United Church of Christ, with burial in the East Side Cemetery. The Witt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include two sons, Lester, Elkader, Elvyn, Cedar Rapids; one daughter, Mrs. Meredith Noe, Joseph City, Ariz.; one sister, Mrs. Dorothy Schrader, Farmersburg; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Note: her husband Harry Schulte died only 2 days prior to her death.
