"Died - Margaret Everingham age 86, June 20, 1879 in Clayton County. She was born at Niagara Falls in 1793 and has lived in Clayton Co. for 30 years. She was the mother of Mrs. Tubbs of this place and she was the proprietor of the Everingham House."

DIED.
EVERINGHAM.--In Clayton County, on Friday June 20, 1879, Mrs. Margaret Everingham, aged 86 years

Mrs. Everingham was born at Niagara Falls, in the year 1798; had lived in Clayton County about 30 years; has been a consistent member of the church for nearly half a century. She was the mother of Mrs. Tubbs, of this city; was well and favorably known for many years as the landlady at the Everingham hotel, Clayton County, on the road leading west from McGregor.--Clermont Express.
