DEATH CALLS MRS. JOSEPHINE SPRAGUE; BURIAL AT GREELEY
Mrs. Josephine Ellen Hook Sprague was born June 26, 1860 in Elk township in Clayton County, Iowa, and passed away October 7, 1943 at the age of 83 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Francis Marion Sprague, one son, Francis Marion, Jr., and one daughter, Nettie Hagelberg.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Clara Bowers of the Point, Mrs. Flora Rodgers of Cedar Falls, and Mrs. Marie Nelson of Delhi; three sons, Sheldon of Cascade; Fred and Ben of Council Bluffs; one sister, Mrs. Augusta Nagle of Milwaukee, Wis., one brother, George Hook of McGregor. there are 41 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
Short prayer services were held at the Rhines funeral home here Saturday afternoon. The funeral services were in Greeley and burial wad made there.
