Orrin C. Adams

Services for Orrin C. Adams, 96, were held June 11, 1985 in Gladstone, Oregon. The body was cremated.

Orrin C. Adams, son of Willard A. and Emma (Raymond) Adams, was born Septemer 14, 1899 near Luana. He died Sunday, June 9, 1985 in Gladstone as the result of a fall received May 29.

He was married to Ada Pearl Burnham December 9, 1908 in Waukon by the Rev. R. L. Van Nice. They were parents of a son and a daughter. They farmed in the Waukon-Postville area. He went to Oregon in 1935 where he was employed by the Crown-Zellerbach Paper Mill in West Linn, Oregon until his retirement.

He was preceded in death by his wife and a great-great-granddaughter.

Survivors included a daughter, Mrs. Cloy (Reva) Lawson of Waukon and son, Harold Adams of Gladstone, Oregon, 9 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
