W. Preston Carr, 45, a Monona councilman, died Sunday at University hospitals, Iowa City. A former teacher here, he was employed by the Allamakee-Clayton Insurance Underwriters Association. Services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. in St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran church. The body is at Schultz funeral home.
