Strawberry Point (Special) - Mrs. Ada Hale Little, 79, of Strawberry Point, died on Oct. 12, 1950, at McGregor following an illness of several months.

Born Dec. 17, 1870, she was the daughter of Ripley and Electa Thomas Hale. She was married to Lyman Little who preceded her in death. She was a member of the Congregational church here and had been a member of the Women's Relief Corps for 67 years, a member of the Rebekah lodge and the CTU for 55 years. Her life interest was serving as a volunteer worker in the Red Cross.

Survivors include 11 nieces and six nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband and two brothers, Elwin and Edwin Hale. Interment will be made in the Strawberry Point cemetery following funeral services at the Congregational church here on Sunday, Oct 15, at 2:30 p.m. The Rev. B.W. Shaw will officiate at the service.
