Lillian Knapp
Services were held Saturday Mar. 26, for Mrs. Lillian W. Knapp, 93, of Maquoketa, Ia., at Carson's Funeral Home at 1:30 p.m. Burial was at Mount Hope Cemetery. She died Wednesday, Mar. 23, at Mill Valley Care Center, Bellevue, Ia.

Mrs. Knapp was born May 12, 1883 at Calmar, to Frederick and Amelia (Krueger) Timmerman. She was married to Clarence E. Knapp on April 30, 1907 in McGregor.

Surviving her are three daughters, Mrs. Ruth Paulson, Maquoketa; Mrs. Margaret Thiers, Kansas City, Mo. and Mrs. Norma Thiers, Madison, Wis.; two sons, Fred Knapp, Evansdale, Ia., and Vernon Knapp, Cedar Rapids; two sisters, Mrs. Linda Mead of Bell Flower, Calif., and Mrs. Mabel Benbow of Archer, Ia.; nine grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one son, three brothers and two sisters.
