Arlington Woman's Burial Rites at Strawberry Point
Strawberry Point, Ia.--Commitment rites for Mrs. Glen Beaver, Arlington, who formerly resided near here, were conducted at the cemetery here Saturday. Her death resulted from a brief illness pf pneumonia. Survivors are her husband, mother, Mrs. Caroline Struckman, three daughters, four brothers and two sisters._________________________

The body of Mrs. G. R. Beavers, a former resident of this place, but for the past few years of Arlington, was brought here Saturday afternoon for interment in our cemetery.
Mrs. Beavers, daughter of Julius and Caroline Struckman, was born on the home farm near Arlington, 43 years ago. After her marriage to Dr. G. R. Beavers they made their home on the Beavers farm three miles northwest of Strawberry Point until a few years ago when they moved to Arlington where Dr. Beavers was engaged in the veterinary business. She died Wednesday morning after a brief illness of pneumonia. Besides her husband she is survived by three children: Glenola; Dorothy and Jane; also her mother; four brothers and two sisters, Albert, Frank and Edwin, of Arlington, Henry of Oelwein, Mrs. Lizzie Weston of Arlington, and Mrs. Mattie Murphy of Port Arthur, Texas, besides other relatives and a large circle of friends.
