I am not related and have no further information, just sharing articles found in an old scrapbook that belonged to Mrs. Clara (Jones) McCartney.

MRS. ELLEDGE DIED AT AGE OF 84 FIVE WEEKS AFTER A FALL
Mrs. Ida Elledge passed away at her home in Edgewood on Monday, January 14th, 1946. for some years she had been in poor health and five weeks before her death she fell and broke her hip. She attained the advanced age of eighty-four years, eight months and nine days.
Ila Belle Lewis was born to John and Cynthia Lewis at Garber, Iowa on the fifth day of May, 1861, and the most of her long span of life was spent within a few miles of her birthplace. In 1876 she was united in marriage with Jasper Elledge.
She was preceded in death by her husband, and by a son, Jerrett, and by an infant son, Joel, and also by two daughters, Mrs. Lillian Fitzpatrick and Miss Violet Elledge. Six sons and one daughter survive her: they are Boon of Independence, Mo.; Elgin of Everett, Washington; Lyman of Edgewood; Jasper of Porterville, Calif.; Bert of Coleburg; Russell of Los Angeles; and Mrs. Ida Kroehle also of Los Angeles. She also leaves twenty-eight grandchildren, and other relatives and a wide circle of friends.
Funeral services in charge of the Rev. Floyd R. Maynard were conducted Wednesday afternoon at the Rhines funeral home in Edgewood. Claude Rulen and Mrs. Mable Tyrell sang, "I come to the Garden Alone" and "The City Four Square," Miss Mildres Scott presided at the piano. The casket bearers were the Messrs. Ralph Rizer, Cliffors Grimes, Ben Holthaus, Fred Mitzner and Fred Light. Burial was made in the Asbury Cemetery, seven miles notheast of Edgewood.
