Carl Wilhelm Hultgren

Carl Wm. Hultgren, son of Mr. And Mrs. Andrew Hultgren, was born July 16, 1894. He was confirmed Oct 10, 1909, and was a Christian young man

He enlisted in the Army Dec 13, 1917 and was discharged May 4, 1919, coming home Aug 19th. He died Oct 26, 1919, after months of illness. He was cheery in all his suffering, even in his sickness. He leaves behind him a father, mother, four brothers and one sister, grandfather and grandmother and a host of friends who mourn his loss. He was buried from the Lutheran Evangelical Church, Rev. H. A. Crumb, pastor of M.E. church officiating. The remains were laid to rest in the cemetery near the church.

(burial is in First Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery - aka Swedish or Norsk cemetery)
