SEELAND, SCHARNWEBER, SAWDY

Fred Seeland, a former resident of Luana, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Walter Scharnweber at Rochester, Minn., at the age of 79 years. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Scharnweber and Mrs. Jay Sawdy of Rochester, Minn., and one son, Elmer Seeland at Elkader. Funeral services were held at the Luana Lutheran church Thursday afternoon at two o'clock and burial in the Farmersburg cemetery, Rev. P.W. Adix officiating.
