Funeral services for Arlo Graham were held Thursday, March 7, 1996, at 11:00 a.m. at Schultz Funeral Home, Monona, Iowa. Rev. Eugene Kramer officiated. Pallbearers were his grandchildren, Tracy McShane, Tina Hendrickson, Tabetha Graham, Jason Graham, Marcia Booth, and Philip Travis. Burial was in the Monona City Cemetery with Schultz Funeral Home handling the arrangements.

Sheridan Arlo Graham, son of Herbert A. and Martha Jane (Leas) Graham, was born October 22, 1914 in Allamakee County. He received his education in Canton, Minnesota. Arlo was united in marriage to Charlotte Goldsworthy on August 3, 1940 at West Union, Iowa. Arlo retired in 1979 after working 40 years in construction work for H. Leslie Leas in Monona, Iowa and Kuhlman Construction in Colesburg, Iowa. He was a retired Monona Fireman having served 10 years. Arlo loved to play cards and fish.

Arlo died Sunday, March 3, 1996 at the Prairie Health Care Center, Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin. Preceding him in death were his parents, his wife,Charlotte, who died August 25, 1995 and a brother, Cyril "Sid" Graham.

Survivors include 1 daughter, Martha Ann (Laverne "Dave") Travis of Shellsburg, Iowa, 1 son, Eugene A. Graham of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; 6 grandchildren, Tracy McShane, Tina Hendrickson, Tabetha Graham, Jason Graham, Marcia Booth, and Phillip Travis; 3 great-grandchildren, Bret and Cassidy McShane and Gage Bohland; 1 sister, Luella Rollins of Marble, Minnesota, and a host of other relatives and friends.
