Cook, Joseph & George died 1931

Joseph Cook, of Eagen, South Dakota, and George Cook, of Flandreau, South Dakota, died recently, both deaths coming within two days. Mr. and Mrs. A.J. Cook of east of town drove there last week to attend the funerals. They were brothers of the former and when young men, resided in this community.

~Notes: They were the sons of Henry and Mary Bachman Cook, pioneer settlers of Marion township, Clayton co. A.J. Cook is Andrew J. Cook.
