Nathan G. Moser was born the son of Francis and Bernice (Borrett) Moser, October 27, 1932, in Osterdock. He died Thursday, February 26, 2004, at Mercy Medical Center in Dubuque.
Nathan graduated from Guttenberg High School in 1950; worked on the farm and enjoyed driving truck. On January 10, 1953 Nathan was united in marriage with Shirley Glawe, that March he joined the United States Navy serving his country during the Korean Conflict until March 1957. Nathan was a proud member of the Guttenberg American Legion Post #373 and the Amvets Auxiliary.
He is survived by his wife Shirley; two sons, Dennis (Kay) Moser of Edgewood, Jerry (Jackie) Moser of Guttenberg, two sisters Joanne (Charles) Finch and Eloise (Irwin) Lammers both of Guttenberg, three brothers, F. Jerome (Charlene) Moser of Garber, Lawrence Moser and special friend Norma of Edgewood, Lowell (Cindy) Moser of Colesburg, seven grandchildren; Shannon, Brandon, Corey, Jasmine, Seth, Sierra and Audra and many nieces and nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death of his parents, one son, Scott Moser and one sister Phyllis.
