Adele Heins Laid to Rest
Funeral services for Adele Heins were held Wednesday, January 9, 1980, at 1:30 p.m. at Schultz's Funeral Home, Monona, with Pastor R. D. Ehlers officiating. Pallbearers were Ernie Heins, Glendor Heins, Wallace Kutzbach, Lester Kutzbach, Harland Kutzbach, and Howard Benzing. Burial was in the Farmersburg-Wagner Cemetery.
Adele Heins, the daughter of Henry and Wilhelmena (Meier) Kutzbach, was born March 26, 1895, in Wagner Township. She received her education in the area.
She was a homemaker, having first lived with her mother and brother, and later with her sister, Minnie Kluth, and nephew, Ernie Kluth, for many years.
She died Sunday, January 6, 1980, at Central Community Hospital, Elkader, having reached the age of 84 years, 9 months, 10 days.
Preceding her in death were her parents; two infant brothers; two half-sisters, Martha Kuthe and Emma Kuthe; two half-brothers, Henry and Charley Benzing; four sisters, Lena Hoth, Minnie Kluth, Amelia Heins and Sophie Benzing, and three brothers, Ernest, Louie and Henry Kutzbach.
Surviving are her sister-in-law, Elsie Kutzbach, and nieces and nephews.
