Mrs. Evelyn Hamlett, 63, of Strawberry Point died Wednesday, September __ 1973 at the Delaware County Memorial Hospital, Manchester, Iowa. She was the widow of Vincent Hamlett, who died in June 1973.

Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in the Emanuel Lutheran Church in Strawberry Point with burial in the Strawberry Point Cemetery. Friends may call at the Feeney Funeral Home.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Bonna Rodas of Strawberry Point; two sons, Lowell of Cypress, California, and Jon of Norco, California; eight grandchildren and two sisters, Mrs. Richard (Sally) Baily of Waterloo, Iowa and Mrs. Richard (Esther) Thompson of Buffalo Center, Iowa.
