ORR, WILLIAM FRANK
William Frank Orr, 70, of 14614 Fox Creek Court* died at 8:44 p.m. Saturday, February 28, 1998 at his residence. He was born July 27, 1927, in Monona, Iowa, to Harold T. and Hazel(Keane) Orr. He married Jayne Alderman on January 16, 1952, in Omaha, Nebraska. She survives.

Also surviving are two sons, Michael of Morris, Illinois and Neal of Austin, Texas; two daughters, M. Faith Orr of Portland, Oregon, and Dawn Cushing of New Lenox, Illinois; one sister, Betty Shaw of Davenport, Iowa and six grandchildren. One daughter, Melody Orr and one son, Boyd, preceded him in death.

William graduated from Monona, Iowa High School in 1945. William was a World War II Navy veteran. He was a senior international sales consultant for Caterpillar, Inc., retiring in 1989. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Kickapoo. He was also a member of the Caterpillar Mixed Chorus, Corn Stock Theatre and Peoria Players Theatre.

Services were held Wednesday, March 4, 1998, 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Rev. Harry Pierjok officiated. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery in Kickapoo, Illinois.
