VANHOOSER, VAN HOOSER, WILSON

Giles VanHooser, well known in Postville years ago, died very suddenly last Sunday night at North McGregor, aged 70 years. He was a veteran of the Civil War, serving with Co. K, 8th Iowa Cavalry. Interment at Calmar.

[Notes: Giles VanHooser was born Nov. 15, 1835 in Jefferson co. N.Y. He was the son of Henry I. VanHooser & Elizabeth Wilson.]
