Elmer Alton Olson

Funeral services were held for Elmer Alton Olson July 19, 1993, at Tillamook, Ore., from Wauds Funeral Home, Tillamook, Ore. Burial was in Tillamook, Ore.

Elmer Olson was born June 22, 1902 at St. Olaf, Iowa, the son of Ole and Julia Olson. He moved to Oregon with his parents in 1918. On October 20, 1929, he married Elsie Sellinger. She died in 1978. He married Emma Lantz on September 1, 1979, at Peace United Church of Christ in Elkader. Elmer Olson died July 15, 1993, at his retirement home in Hillsoboro, Ore.

Survivors include his wife, Emma; son Robert of Nehaleen, Ore.; a daughter, Mary Ann Eberlein of Ferndale, Wash.; four stepchildren, LaVerne Lantz, Delafield, Wis., Verna Kuehl, Elkader, Norma Weber, Milan, Ill., and Sherrie Stoffel, Elkader; five grandchildren; 11 step grandchildren; six great grandchildren and six step great grandchildren.
