David A. Schwietert

Memorial services were held for David A. Schwietert at 11:00 a.m. on May 3, 2004 at Colesburg United Methodist Church, Colesburg, Iowa, with inurnment in the Zion Cemetery at Colesburg. Visitation was from 4-8 p.m. on May 2 at Lone Pine Country Club in Colesburg.

David A. Schwietert, 47, of Monticello, formerly of Colesburg, died Thursday, April 29, 2004, at his home in Monticello from a long term heart condition.

He was born December 30, 1956, in Manchester, to Warren and Mazie (Trottnow) Schwietert.

Dave had been living in Monticello, and worked for Mediacom Cable Company. He enjoyed working with people in the cable TV industry.

Survivors include his mother, Mazie Schwietert, of Colesburg; his twin sister, Deb (John) Ross, of Colesburg; two brothers, Bob Schwietert, of Manchester and Kenneth (Helen Grimes) Schwietert, of Colesburg and nieces and nephews, Johnny, Jeff, Adam and Amber Ross. He was preceded in death by his father.
