Miss Hilma Hoth
Miss Hilma Hoth died Tuesday, March 19, and the funeral will be held Friday March 22, at 2 p.m. in the Zion Lutheran Church, Clayton Center, with the Rev. J. H. Zerhusen officiating.
Miss Hoth is survived by three brothers and three sisters.

Funeral services were held Friday, March 22, 1963, for Hilma Hoth at the Zion Lutheran Church, Clayton Centre, at 2 p.m. with the Rev. J. H. Zerhusen officating. Burial was in the old Clayton Centre Cemetery.
Pallbearers were her nephews, Harry Hoth, Leon Hoth, Vernon Hoth, LeRoy Hoth, Erwin Breitsprecher, and Harley Radloff.
Hilma Henrietta Hoth, daughter of John and Elsie "Lizzie" (Meyer) Hoth was born May 29, 1893, in Boardman Twp., Clayton County, Iowa, and died at her home in Elkader, Tuesday, March 19, 1963. She had been in poor health for several years.
She received her education at the rural schools, was bapitzed September 24, 1893, by the Rev. F.W. Seifert and confirmed February 24, 1907, by the Rev. F. Linnenburger at the Zion Lutheran Church, Clayton Center. She was a member of this church at the time of her death. She moved to Elkader in 1924 with her parents whom she cared for until their death, her father, July 16, 1948, and her mother June 1, 1958.
Miss Hoth was a member of Service Star Legion Inc.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister Sophie, 7 years old, two brothers Arthur and Emil.
She is survived by three brothers, Edwin, Elmer and Willis, Elkader, three sisters, Mrs. Henry (Mahala) Radloff, Clear Lake, Mrs. Albert (Ella) Breitsprecher and Mrs. Henry (Tena) Glawe and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Christina Hoth, Elkader.
