This certifies that Francis (sic) Haeuschen has passed an Examination as required by law, with the result hereto appended, that as far as known by me she possesses a good moral character, aptness to teach and ability to govern. I therefore hereby authorize her to teach in the Public Schools of this County for a period of 4 months from the date of this Certificate.In testimony whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name officially this 29th day of Mar 1897.
