Oldag - Welzel marriage 1913

At the home of Mr. and Mrs. Conrad Welzel, south of town, at five o'clock on Tuesday evening, Feb. 25th, occurred the marriage of their daughter, Miss Sovenia M., to Mr. Otto Oldag, the Rev. R. Kuehne performing the ceremony in the presence of a large number of relatives and friends. Following the ceremony an elegant wedding feast was spread and the evening hours passed merrily with the pleasures incident to such occasions. The contracting parties are well and favorably known throughout this section and with their many friends the Review joins in offering its best wishes. They will be "at home" after March first on the farm of the grooms father in Grand Meadow township.- Postville Review, Friday, 28 Feb. 1913.
