Lovett - Kliefoth marriage - 1950

Farmersburg: St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran church of Monona was the scene of the wedding Saturday, Aug. 26, of Jerrine Kliefoth, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Kliefoth, and Oliver Lovett, only son of Mrs. O. J. Lovett of Yuma, Ariz. The Rev. R. C. Schleuter officiated. Jackie Drahn, cousin of the bride, sang a solo, and later in the ceremony, a duet with Don Sabbann. Verda Mae Krambeer, friend of the couple, acted as maid of honor, and Fara Wayne Kliefoth, and Judith Blazek, cousins of the bride, acted as junior bridesmaids. Gene Baade, cousin of the bride, acted as best man. Wayne Anderson, also a cousin of the bride, and Loren Dettman were ushers and also attendants. Gary Haltmeyer, cousin of the bride, also attended the junior bridesmaid. Grandmother of the bride, Mrs. Christine Haltmeyer, and Mrs. Matilda Kliefoth, were presented corsages of white roses.
