Falck - Birrer marriage - 1945

The marriage of Miss Lillian Mae Birrer, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Birrer, and Allen Falck, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Falck of Lamont, occurred Tuesday, January 23rd at Emanuel Lutheran church, Rev. L. A. Stumme officiating. Matron of honor was Mrs. Robert Falck of Strawberry Point, and the bridesmaids were Miss Ann Cassidy of Cedar Rapids, and Miss Delva W__g. Sheryl Greasch of Dundee, acted as flower girl, and Russell Schucchmann carried the rings. Robert Falck, brother of the groom, served as best man, and ushers were Paul Streicher and Alfred Kamoss, both of Lamont.

The bride was graduated from the Strawberry Point high school and for some time was employed by the Iowa Telephone and Telegraph Co. The groom graduated from the Lamont high school and has since been engaged in farming. The new couple will live on a farm west of Strawberry Point.
