Scully - Ohl marriage - 1943

STRAWBERRY POINT: Miss Annetta Ohl, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Ohl of Strawberry Point, and Lanse Scully, son of Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Scully of Luana, were married Thursday at St. Mary's Catholic church. The Rev. Father Victor Hintgen officiated. The bride's sister, Nina Ohl, and Leonard Scully, brother of the groom, were the attendants.

Mrs. Scully graduated from the Sumner high school and has taught rural schools of that community the past seven years. Mr. Scully received his education in the Strawberry Point high school.

After a short trip they will live here, where the groom is employed at the Oldfather Feed Mill.
