Orvis - Trudo marriage - 1947

Miss Betty Jean Trudo, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Vern Trudo of Elgin, became the bride of Dean F. Orvis, son of Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Orvis of St. Olaf, Nov. 02, in the St. Olaf Lutheran church, the Rev. S. J. Strandjord officiating. Miss Marjie Olson, cousin of the bride, was maid of honor, and Miss Donna Biglow, another cousin of the bride, was bridesmaid. Arthur W. Moellering, cousin of the groom, was best man. The new couple will be at home in Waterloo, where the groom will attend Gates Business college.
