GIARD: Miss Elain Demo, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Demo, became the bride of Paul Moser, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Moser, Guttenberg, Sunday, July 20, in a candlelight service at the Giard Methodist church. The Rev. R. D. Butler performed the ceremony. Miss Abbie Demo, sister of the bride, acted as maid of honor, and Miss Helen Demo served her sister as bridesmaid. Owen Demo, brother of the bride, served as ring bearer. The groom's attendants were Virgil and Earl Moser, cousin and brother of the groom. Mrs. John Gilmore, Dubuque, a cousin of the groom, and Mrs. D. H. Fritz, sister of the bride, served as ushers.
Mrs. Moser is a graduate of the Monona high school and attended Upper Iowa University. The past year she was commercial and dramatics teacher in the Farmersburg high school. Mr. Moser is a graduate of the Guttenberg high school and served four years in the army air corps.
After a trip through the eastern and southern states, the new couple will live at Postville, where Mrs. Moser will teach junior high in the public school and Mr. Moser will go into business.
