STRAWBERRY POINT: Miss Eileen Hyde, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Hyde of Strawberry Point and Robert Lau, son of Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Lau of Garnavillo were married Sunday afternoon in St. Paul Lutheran church, Garnavillo. The Rev. A. Meyer officiated. They were attended by the bride's brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Jay Becker of Manchester. The bride was graduated from the local school in 1936 and the groom from the Garnavillo school in 1937. The home will be made at Manchester where the groom will work for the Waterloo Laundry Co.
