Klinkenberg - Mohrman marriage - 1940

The marriage of Miss Jane Mohrman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Mohrman of St. Olaf, to LuVern Klinkenberg, son of Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Klinkenberg of Farmersburg, was solemnized on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 28. The ceremony occurred at the St. Olaf chapel with the Rev. S. J. Strandjord officiating. The bride was attended by her sister, Betty Mohrman. The best man was Richard Klinkenberg, a cousin of the groom. The bride graduated from Elkader high school in 1938, and the groom was a 1938 graduate of the Farmersburg high school, later he attended the junior college at Elkader. The new couple will live at the groom's parent's home.
