DOROTHY HOCHAUS AND EDISON LENTH ARE WED
Tuesday at the Evangelical parsonage Rev. P. Kitterer united in marriage Miss Dorothy Hockhaus and Edison Lenth. The couple was attended by Mr. and Mrs. Robert Cheeseman of Elkader.
Mrs. Lenth is the only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Hockhaus of this city. Dorothy graduated from the Elkader high school and the Paris Beauty academy at Cedar Rapids, then established her beauty shop here in Elkader.
Mr. Lenth is a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Lenth of Elkader and has made his home with his aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Will Monlux. Edison graduated from our public school and junior college and is employed with the Farm Bureau Oil Co.
The new couple will be at home in their apartment at the Dor-La Shoppe after 20 Sept.
