Mary Andreae, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Andreae of Volga, became the bride of Thomas Looney, son of Mrs. Ella Looney of this place, Tuesday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock in the St. Joseph's rectory. Rt. Rev. Msgr. J. P. Taken performed the ceremony. Their attendants were Miss Helen Looney, sister of the bridegroom, and Francis McTaggart, friend of the couple. Mr. Looney is proprietor of the local Gamble store and the home will be made here in Elkader.
