Cox Creek: Grace Carnicle of Edgewood and Merle Voshell of Arlington were united in marriage, Wednesday evening, July 05th, at the home of Justice of the Peace R. J. Bixby, the ceremony being performed by Mr. Bixby. They will reside at Arlington.

Clayton County Register, 12 July 1939.
