STRAWBERRY POINT: Miss Erma R. Fredrick, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William A. Fredrick, and Howard L. Eppler, were united in marriage at the Emanuel's Lutheran church, Thursday, by the Rev. Max O. Jahr. Miss Donna Mae Fredrick, sister of the bride, sang "O Perfect Love." Miss Deleva Fredrick, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Attendants were Miss Marie Zink of Scotland, S.D., and Lavon Steward. Best man was Ernest Opperman, Jr. Flower girl was Verval Koehler, and ring bearer was Raymond Fredrick, brother of the bride. Ushers were Robert Falck and Harold Lindewell.
Mrs. Eppler graduated from the Strawberry Point school in 1931, and attended Wartburg college at Waverly for one year. She has been a rural teacher for six years.
The groom graduated the local school in 1933, and has been assisting his father with farm work.
Mr. and Mrs. Eppler will make their home on the groom's father's farm, 2 1/2 miles west of town.
