Fassbinder - Baldwin marriage - 1938

A beautiful June wedding took place Tuesday, June 14th, at St. Joseph's church, Elkader, when Miss Jeanne Baldwin, only daughter of Mrs. Victoria Baldwin, became the bride of Richard J. Fassbinder, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. W. B. Fassbinder, also of Elkader. The Rev. J. P. Taken officiated. The attendants were Miss Agnes Berns of Monona, cousin of the groom, and Kenneth Fassbinder, brother of the groom. The bride attended high school at Marquette and Slaton, Texas. The groom is a graduate of Campion college, Prairie du Chien, Wis., and is in business here with his father. The new couple will be at home in their new home in Elkader after June 20th.
