Hopper - Schug marriage - 1938

HOPPER, SCHUG, KRAUSE, WALDRON

Strawberry Point: Miss Elaine Schug, niece of Miss Elizabeth Krause of Strawberry Point, and Bradley Hopper, of Vinton, son of Mr. and Mrs. C. F. Hopper, of Vinton, were married at the Emanuel's Lutheran church, Saturday evening by Rev. Max O. Jahr. Miss Jean Waldron of West Union, niece of the bride, and Miss Agnes Schuchmann were the bride's attendants. Bernard Hopper, brother of the groom, and Bernard Fenchel served at the groom's attendants. The bride graduated from Strawberry Point high school in 1933 and attended the Paris Academy of Beauty Culture in Cedar Rapis, and has been employed at the Modernistic Beauty shop here. The new home will be here, where the groom is employed in the Gipper barber shop.
