On Tuesday, June 30, at the Evangelical church, Miss Helen Lenth, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry J. Lenth, became the bride of Mr. Horace Roggensack, son of Mr. and Mrs. E. J. Roggensack of Waukon. The Rev. Paul Kitterer officiated. Jean and Ann Roggensack, nieces of the groom, were the flower girls. Mrs. Arthur Jacobson was matron of honor, and Miss LoRene Lenth, sister of the bride, served as maid of honor. Mr. Arthur Jacobson of Waukon, a life-long friend of the groom, served as best man. Miss Delinda Roggensack of Waukon, sister of the groom, presided at the organ and played a group of appropriate wedding selections. The bride is the second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Lenth, and graduated from Elkader high school and received a Bachelors of Science degree in Commerce at the State University of Iowa, Iowa City, in 1932. She was affiliated with the Chi Omega social sorority while in college. Since graduation she had been employed at the Clayton County Register office in Elkader. The groom is the youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. E. J. Roggensack. He graduated from the Waukon high school and attended the Waukon Junior College for two years. He received a Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of Iowa in 1932 and a Juris Doctor degree there in 1934. He is now associated with F. E. Sharp in the practice of law at Elkader.
