Carlson - Marfilius marriage - 1936

FARMERSBURG: Wednesday, Feb. 12, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Marfilius near Farmersburg, occurred the wedding of their eldest daughter, Ethel, to Mr. Oscar Carlson, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Carlson, of near McGregor. They were attended by Miss Irene Marfilius, sister of the bride, and Mr. Emil Carlson, brother of the groom. Miss Elizabeth Debes, aunt of the bride, sang "I love You Truly," after which Rev. W. L. Zeller performed the ceremony. The new couple will be at home on a farm near Farmersburg.
