Nelson - Schmidt marriage - 1915

A fine private wedding occurred, Wednesday, April 14th, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Hans Nelson, of St. Olaf, Iowa, when Lloyd Nelson, the only son of those esteemed parents, was the groom of Miss Lucy Schmidt, a daughter of the well known Wm. Schmidt and Minnie Lembke. The ceremony took place at the Lutheran parsonage at St. Olaf, Rev. N. Arvesen officiating. The happy couple will make their home on the Southwell place east of Gunder.
