MARRIED. At Farmersburg, March 22d, by Rev. G.M. Porter, James McAlvin, to Miss Harriet A. Fox, all of Clayton county.

We congratulate the Doctor on his success in hunting. The Legislature has recently passed an Act granting a bounty to tho's who shall exterminate foxes, but we are led to believe that Mac will prefer to domesticate this prize with which Providence has favored him, and it would not surprise us much to learn some years hence, that there are more Foxes in Farmersburgh, called by a different name however, than there were before Doc. commenced trapping.

All happiness to the worthy couple, and many thanks to the bridegroom for his substantial remembrance of the Printer.
