Jewell - Laity marriage - 1918

Last Wednesday, at Manchester, occurred the marriage of Jennie E. Laity, youngest daughter of Rich Laity, Sr., and John Jewell, son of Mr. and Mrs. T. R. Jewell, both of this place, Rev. Wells, pastor of the local M. E. Church, officiating. The groom is a young farmer and after a wedding trip to Wisconsin points and Elizabeth, Ill., the couple will be at home on a new ,modern home, just completed by the groom, on his father's farm. We extend our heartiest congratulations.
