Miss Evelyn Tuecke, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Louis H. Tuecke of Jefferson township, and Mr. Irvin Walter, son of Mrs. Louise Walter of Jefferson township, were married by Rev. Martin Peters at the Evangelical Lutheran church in Guttenberg on Tuesday morning. The were attended by Miss Laurene Backhaus, cousin of the bride, and Mr. Martin Walter, brother of the groom. The couple will settle on a farm in this township.
