On Friday evening at nine o'clock in the Marion Lutheran church at Gunder, in the presence of many invited guests and friends, occurred the marriage of Violet E. Gulsvig, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Emil Gulsvig of Gunder, to the Rev. Victor Fiskerbeck of Patzau, Wis. The wedding day was also the 24th wedding anniversary of the bride's parents. Miss Georgia Fiskerbeck presided at the piano. The ushers were Mr. Joseph Gulsvig and Mr. Myron Anderson. The two bridesmaids were Miss Elain Wold and Miss Ella Fiskerbeck, while Miss Mae E. Gulsvig, served her sister as maid of honor. Mr. Helmer Fiskerbeck served his brother as best man. Rev. S. J. Strandjord officiated. The bride has been a very successful teacher for the past three years. The groom is a graduate of Luther college and St. Paul's Seminary. For the past three years he has been pastor of his church at Patzau. After a brief stay here, the couple will leave for Patzau to make their home.
