MONONA: Mary Lorena Ryan and Edwin Buman of Harlan, Iowa, were married at eight o'clock Monday morning in St. Patrick's Catholic church. The Rev. Father Luke Donlon performed the ceremony. Lorena Ryan, a graduate of the parochial school, Monona high school, and Ames College at Ames, is a successful teacher in the public schools of Pittsburgh, Penn. The bridegroom comes from Harlan, Iowa, and is also a graduate of Ames College. They will go to New York by auto and visit her sister, Margaret E. Ryan, who teaches at Oyster Bay. New York; then go to Europe for a honeymoon visit. The new home will be made on one of farms of the bridegroom's father near Harlan, Iowa.
