We are in receipt of a card announcing the marriage of our friend, Effie Garbor to Frank Brown, of Updegraff. The bride is the niece of the late J. R. Beddow and wife. The groom is a young man of character, sobriety and honesty. We join their many friends in wishing them the best that life affords.
