Quinn - Alderson marriage - 1929

At St. Mary's parsonage last Thursday occurred a quiet wedding when Rev. John R. Bowen united Miss Maxine Adaline Alderson and Virgil Peter Quinn, both of this place. They were attended by Miss Katherine Carey and Valmah Quinn, brother of the groom. The bride is the only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. R. L. Alderson and has always lived here. The groom is the second oldest son of Mr. and Mrs. P. H. Quinn. He graduated from Strawberry Point public school with the class of '28. The bridal couple went to Waterloo on a honeymoon trip after which they will make this place their home.
