Torkelson - Benson marriage - 1922

At the home of the bride's parents in Highland township, last Thursday, Rev. Gunsten united in marriage Miss Adelia Benson and Mr. Clarence Torkelson. They were attended by Miss Cornelia Benson and Carl Torkelson. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. B. M. Benson, and the groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Ole Torkelson. Miss Belva Benson, sister of the bride, played the wedding march, and Miss Luella Benson, another sister of the bride, sang "At Dawning." The new couple will go to housekeeping on a farm in Marion township.
