Strawberry Point: A wedding which occurred Aug. 17, 1933, has just been made public. The contracting parties are Miss Helen Brinner of Mason City, Ill., and Hugh Busboom of this place. The ceremony took place in the St. Paul's Lutheran Church in St. Louis, Mo. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Brinner of Mason City, Ill. She attended college at the University of Iowa and the Mac Murray College for young women at Jacksonville, Ill., graduating from the latter school and was instructor in home economics in the Mason City high school. The groom has been employed as commercial teacher in the Strawberry Point High School for the past four years. Mrs. Busboom will come to Strawberry Point in a few weeks to join Mr. Busboom.
